Enter additional information here. For example, type delivery directions. Comments entered here will appear in the Notes field in Order Entry for all orders you place for this agency only.

The branch offered by the agency to the clients.

Displays the last time an agency placed an order. This is automatically updated when an order for the agency is placed.

Displays the last time an agency made a payment. This field is automatically updated when a payment is entered.

This field is automatically updated each time an order for the agency is confirmed. Displays the last statistic an order was confirmed.

Select this box to get an AR statement for this agency when you print them at the end of each month.

Enter a credit limit to prevent an agency from having an AR balance more than a certain dollar amount. Each agency can be given a different limit. Type 0 for no credit limit.

Select the box to charge the agency late charge for any overdue balances. When selected the agency will receive a finance charge at the end of each month.

Check to prevent an agency from ordering product with a charge. This option is used if an agency owes money, however, it can be used for other reasons. This affect Agency Orders.

Check if this agency can use food from a food rescue program, if not checked the agency cannot order products that are flagged as food rescue. This affects Agency Orders-Products.

Select the agency parent if applicable. The parent agency must be first entered in the Agency Maintenance. A parent agency is used in conjunction with children agencies for reporting purposes.

Enter in any payment terms that the agency is eligible for.

Select the warehouse that the agency places their orders at. This is a required field for PWW.

Select the pickup warehouse that will be used for any of the agency's orders.

Select the shipping method to be used for this agency. This is not a required field unless your food bank uses bar coding or if your agency will participate in Agency Retail Mobile.

Check to require the agency to enter statistics; use this check box if you do not require all of your member agencies to enter statistics before placing an order.

Select the time that this agency will pick up their orders or have their order delivered. Click on the hours or minutes to select then use the arrows to the right to set.

Enter a credit limit to prevent an agency from ordering more than a certain dollar amount in a month. Each agency can be given a different limit. Default value is 0 for no credit limit.

Enter a weight limit to prevent an agency from ordering more than a certain poundage of product in a month. Each agency can be given a different limit. Default value is 0 for no weight limit.

Check if the agency is a member of the food bank but you want to inform the order takers of an issue with this account. When you select this check box, you can then type a reason for the suspension as well as a date when the agency was suspended.

Displays the date and time the agency was placed on suspension.

Enter the reason this agency is to be suspended if the Suspended check box is selected.

Check if the agency is also a warehouse. This is used for product allocation (transfers from food bank to to agency).

Enter the maximum deliveries that an agency can take in a set amount of time.

These groups are set by the food bank administrator and can be used for reporting purposes.

A check in this box will put a check in the mobile pantry drop on all of the agency's orders. If you do not use this box an individual agency order can still be checked as a mobile pantry drop likewise the check can be removed from a specific order.

Select the name of the primary contact person at the agency.

Select the mailing address for the agency. This is the agency’s primary address. If an agency has multiple addresses they can be added using the = hamburger or by clicking on the +.

Check if the agency is allowed to pick up directly from the donor and this works in conjunction with Donors, the donor must be checked Is Agency Pickup.

Check if this agency can only shop at the cash and carry.

Check if this agency is to be part of the recurring order process.

Select the number of days from the start date for the recurring orders process. The first day of orders is 0; the second day of orders is 1.

This field is another that can be used to group your agencies. An example could be used for your programs/ NAR report such as Faith Based, Boys & Girls Club, etc.

Enter the federal tax ID# for the agency.

Enter the date the agency opened an account with the food bank.

Select the shipping address to be used for orders. If selected, it will populate on the order but can be overridden on an order.

Select the contact person for the order to be addressed to. This field will populate on the order if set but it can be overridden on an order.

Select the day of week that this agency will pick up their orders or have their order delivered. This can be used with PWW to limit the agency's pickup choice.

Select the donor's mailing address from the drop-down menu.
